Plenty of tools in our space are powerful. They also require a dedicated analyst to run them. That's fine if you have an analyst. Most of the people we sell to don't — they're already consumed by delivery work.
When a busy operator evaluates software, they're not asking 'is this powerful?' They're asking 'will I still be using this in three weeks, or will it sit in a tab I never open?' Power that requires setup is, to them, not power.
We do the setup for them and surface a small number of opportunities a week with names already attached. That's the entire interface. Anything more would lose.
